Wild Terra 2: New Lands Tier List

Wild Terra 2 has no character classes — tier lists here rank weapons, professions, pets, and build paths. Rankings reflect community consensus and PvE efficiency for solo and group content as of update 2.6.x.

Weapon Tier List

S-Tier (PvE versatility): Swords — balanced damage, good attack speed, strong passive toolkit for dungeons.

A-Tier: Bows (Hunter Bow, Great Bow) for kiting bosses; knives for fast attacks and crit builds.

B-Tier: Axes — strong burst but slower recovery; blunt weapons for stun utility in groups.

C-Tier (niche): Throwing weapons — high skill ceiling, ammunition management. Playable in PvP with practice.

Weapon skills level independently. Your hands define your role — switch weapons between melee and ranged.

Profession Priority

S-Tier early: Blacksmithing — tools and weapons drive all other progression. See our blacksmith guide for the level path.

A-Tier: Cooking & Alchemy — sustain and buffs for dungeon runs. Fishing for food and trade income.

A-Tier: Construction — required for territorial ownership, workbenches, and guild hall development.

B-Tier: Jeweler — strong endgame accessories (Amethyst rings/necklaces for craft XP bonuses).

Every craft levels the skill. No reroll — plan your main professions by hour 10.

Pet Tier List

S-Tier: Tamed seagulls and ship tutorial companions — easy early XP and utility when starting out.

A-Tier: Rare species with stat bonuses on level-up (random rolls). Farm for complementary bonus combinations.

B-Tier: Combat pets — situational depending on dungeon and PvP rules.

Pets receive random bonuses on level-up. Perfect rolls require luck or many tame/breed cycles.

Early Game Build Recommendations

Ship tutorial build: Sword + light armor. Practice blocking and timing before permanently leaving the ship.

Solo gatherer: Knife + high encumbrance gear, cooking for stamina food, avoid PvP zones.

Guild group build: Blunt tank + bow DPS + alchemist support. Coordinate non-target pulls.

Dungeon difficulty (Easy → Nightmare) scales rewards. Build for Easy/Hard first, then Nightmare.
