Ship Tutorial — Complete Walkthrough

The tutorial ship is a one-time instance. After leaving, every skipped lesson becomes a real disadvantage.

Open Q immediately and keep the quest tracker visible. It tells you exactly what to do next.

Quest 1: Get clothes from your bunk. Quest 2: Equip via U (equipment). Quest 3: Talk to Ciba the cook.

Quests 4–5: Gather healing ingredients and cat medicine — learn inventory (I) and gathering (E).

Complete each quest via Q → Complete before moving on.

Fight tutorial enemies with LMB attacks. Practice blocking with RMB.

After the arrest sequence, follow escape objectives carefully — do not skip dialogue hints.

Three catchable companions are on the ship. Taming grants easy early XP.

Use N (emotes) when quests require it — e.g. wave to Ellie.

Craft Sailcloth Wings for the risky exit route as an alternative completion method.

Double-check journal milestones (J) and skill points (K) before departure.

Bring food, basic weapons, and know: there is no going back.
